There are a range of fantastic cricket options available for the whole family:
Woolworths Junior Blasters (age guide 5 to 7) - Junior Blasters is for kids new to cricket with participants building their skills through fun, game based activities. The games are designed for small groups to ensure every child gets a go, allowing them to test and learn new skills. Same venue each week / 60 minute sessions / 6-8 week program.
Woolworths Master Blasters (age guide 7 to 8) - Master Blasters is a super fun, social, safe, cricket program for boys and girls aged 7 to 8. The program is much shorter than traditional cricket, played midweek for club ran programs and on Saturday Mornings for an Association ran program, with a maximum of 90 minutes playing time. All the equipment is supplied and the games take place at the same venue each week (club ran: contact club for venue, association ran: U8 - Rowland Park and U9 - Booralee Park).
Sixers/Thunder Girls Cricket Leagues (age guide 9 to 15) - Girls only. Under 11s played under the Sixers branding, located in the Eastern Suburbs. U13 & U15 to play under the Thunder branding, located in Sydney's Inner West. Games are played on Saturday afternoons from 2pm and there are two separate 7 week competitions (Spring/Summer) - play one or play both! Make new friends and have a great time!
Regular Competition 20/30 overs (age guide 9 to 11) - The regular competition is for cricketers who want to progress from the Master Blasters format. It is played at venues across the Eastern Suburbs. SEJCA have adopted Australian cricket junior formats across ages (U10 - U12), following the junior cricket pathway. This means more fun, more action. less time and better skills for all junior cricketers!
Regular Competition 30+ overs (age guide 12 to 16) - The regular competition for kids aged 12 to 16 is played in combination with the Inner West Harbour Junior Cricket Association and played at venues across each association. This combination allows our junior cricketers to experience the best possible environment and competition for their development.
